Nobody says 'jambo' in Tanzania. I don't know about Kenya. If you say 'jambo' in Tanzania, we immediately know you are a foreigner.

Kenyans really should never teach Swahili at all. There is not such a word as kulivu. It is never spoken anywhere in Tanzania and I am hearing it for the first time
